Naveen has done some feature films too both in regional languages and hindi like 'Chehra' and 'Mudda' directed by Mr. Saurabh Shukla, 'Hum Phir Mile Na Mile' directed by Mr. Manish Goyal, 'Hamara Parivaar' ( Bhojpuri ) directed by Mrs. Sona, 'Beti Beta' ( Rajasthani). He has also done some good work in the advertisement industry like Tata Salt, Fair & Lovely, CNI Fertilizers, Sabina Dish Washing Bar, Godrej Hair Dye. He has done more than 25 music videos with Venus Records.

'Shikaari' He did some very popular Punjabi serials like Mahendru Mohalla, Agg De Kalire, Aalhna as an independent director. He has also directed many Punjabi music videos. But as it is rightly said 'SKY IS THE LIMIT', he decided to come to Mumbai to fulfill his greater dreams. He entered the television world & did some really noticeable serials as an associate & independent director. Some of his known serials are Kasauti Zindagi Kay, Des Main Nikla Hoga Chand, Kahin To Hoga, Sarkaar, Twinkle Beauty Parlour and the list goes on.. Ashish worked in association with Mr. Sanjay Gupta of White Feather Films in many of his big banner Hindi films like 'Dus Kahaniyan', 'Acid Factory','Alibag'. Simultaneously he has also got back to his roots, 'The Punjabi Cinema' & have done some big banner projects as an associate director like the National award winning film 'Baghi'. His upcoming film in the Punjabi cinema as an associate director is 'Kabaddi Once Again' which will release soon. Ashish is highly known for his level of creativity, efficiency and his dedication towards his work. His hard work is acknowledged by many awards for many of his short films on social issues.
